Branded Gift Email
The moment the gift becomes real.
When a client purchases a gift, the recipient receives a beautifully designed email that reflects the advisor's brand. This is not a generic notification. It is a considered, personalized communication that arrives with the giver's name, a personal note they wrote at checkout, and the advisor's credentials.
The email is themed to the gifting occasion. A graduation gift looks different from a wedding gift or a holiday gift. The recipient experiences a thoughtful gesture, not a sales pitch. That distinction matters enormously for how they show up to the session.
- βAdvisor-branded design
- βPersonal note from the giver
- βAdvisor credentials and bio
- βGift redemption call to action
- βOccasion theming
Redemption Hub
Where the gift becomes a commitment.
The redemption hub is a dedicated, advisor-branded portal where recipients activate their gift and begin their onboarding. The experience guides the recipient through profile creation, topic selection, and session confirmation in a single flow.
This is also where the limited-scope engagement agreement is signed digitally before any session is booked. The compliance paperwork is built into the experience seamlessly. By completing the hub, the recipient has made a commitment before the advisor has said a single word.

- βBasic financial intake
- βEngagement agreement

Session Scheduling
The session gets booked and stays booked.
Once the recipient completes onboarding, they book directly on the advisor's calendar through the platform. There are no back-and-forth emails, no third-party scheduling links to manage separately, and no manual confirmations required from the advisor.
The platform handles confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling as needed. If a recipient needs to move their session, they handle it within the platform without the advisor needing to get involved in the logistics.
- βDirect calendar integration
- βAutomated confirmations
- βPre-session reminders
- βRescheduling support
- βNo-show handling
Pre-Session Brief
The advisor arrives informed, not cold.
In the days leading up to the session, the recipient completes a short intake questionnaire covering their financial background, circumstances, goals, and key pain points. The platform compiles this into a clean brief delivered to the advisor before the call.
This changes the dynamic of the first session entirely. The advisor skips the generic discovery questions and goes straight to what matters. For a one-hour Clarity Session where every minute counts, this brief is the difference between a surface-level conversation and a genuinely useful one.
- βFinancial background
- βCurrent circumstances
- βGoals and priorities
- βKey pain points
- βTopic preferences
Session Delivery
The conversation happens inside the platform.
The planning session is conducted via secure video conferencing powered by LiveKit, built directly into the platform. The advisor and recipient join from within the GOFP interface. No third-party links, no app downloads, no risk of a recipient struggling to find the meeting.
Sessions are recorded with the recipient's consent. The recording feeds directly into the Session Recap workflow so the transcript is generated automatically without any additional steps from the advisor.
- βSecure video via LiveKit
- βBuilt-in platform access
- βSession recording
- βNo third-party links
- βFeeds recap workflow
Session Recap
A professional summary, ready for advisor review.
Following the session, GOFP generates a recap from the call transcript. This includes a summary of what was discussed, key insights surfaced during the conversation, and a prioritized list of next steps. The recap is structured and professional, not a raw transcript.
The advisor reviews the recap before it goes anywhere. Nothing is shared with the recipient without the advisor's approval. The advisor can edit, add context, or hold the recap at their discretion.
- βTopics discussed
- βKey insights
- βPrioritized next steps
- βAdvisor review required
- βAdvisor approval to send
Personalized Plan
The gift that keeps giving after the session ends.
After the session, GOFP auto-generates a draft action plan tailored to the recipient's situation and topics covered. A Clarity Session produces a concise note with one to two concrete steps the recipient can implement immediately. A Roadmap package produces a structured one-page financial plan.
The advisor receives the draft, reviews it, amends where needed, and chooses when and whether to send. Nothing goes out under the advisor's name without their explicit approval. For the recipient, this is the moment the gift becomes tangible.
- βClarity: 1 to 2 action steps
- βRoadmap: one-page plan
- βAuto-drafted by platform
- βAdvisor reviews and amends
- βAdvisor approves before send
Referral Dashboard
See exactly which client relationships are driving growth.
Every gifting session leaves a data trail. Who purchased the gift, their relationship to the recipient, the planning topic, and whether the recipient converted to an ongoing client. The Referral Dashboard turns that trail into a clear, actionable picture of how your practice is growing through gifting.
Advisors can see at a glance which clients are generating the most gifting activity, which relationships are producing the highest conversion rates, and how much revenue has been generated through the gifting channel over time. No manual tracking. No spreadsheets. The data is captured automatically as sessions flow through the platform.
Over time, this becomes one of the most valuable tools in the platform. An advisor who knows that three of their top gifting clients all share a similar profile can be intentional about who they nurture and how. The gifting model stops feeling like a pleasant surprise and starts feeling like a system.
